Pending ("we," "us") is an early-stage clothing brand founded by Alexis Goldsmith and Cali Cook. This policy explains what we collect when you visit clubpending.shop, join our waitlist or take our survey, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address when you join the waitlist or complete the survey.
- Your survey answers (for example color, fit, size and price preferences), and anything you choose to write, such as what you're "becoming."
- Basic visit information, such as the link or campaign that brought you here (UTM tags), the page you signed up on, and general device/browser data.
We do not collect payment information. No purchase is made by joining the waitlist or taking the survey.
How we use it
- To keep you updated on Pending and our first product, including when orders open.
- To understand what our community wants so we can design the product.
- To see which channels (like TikTok, Instagram or Substack) bring people to the site.
Some written answers may be processed by an AI service to create your personalized reflection. Anonymous, approved quotes may appear on the site without your name or email.
What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the site and send emails, and only as needed to provide those services.
How it's stored
Your information is stored with a secure cloud database provider. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us.
- Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional privacy rights, and we'll honor those requests.
Children
Pending is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy as Pending grows (for example when our shop opens). We'll post changes on this page.
