No purchase, no payment

Pending is in early development. Joining the waitlist, saying "I'm in," or receiving a founding number is an expression of interest only. It is not an order, a preorder or a reservation, and no money is collected. You are under no obligation to buy anything.

Products are in development

Images, colors, details, fit and prices shown on this site are prototypes, samples or AI-assisted concepts and may change before anything is made or sold. Availability isn't guaranteed. When products go on sale, purchases will be handled through our official shop under its own terms.

What you share

If you submit survey answers or written responses, you allow us to use them, anonymously, to develop the product and share community insights. We won't publish your name or email without your permission.

Our brand

The Pending name, logo, heart-P mark, designs, photos and writing on this site belong to Pending and may not be used without permission.

The site is provided "as is." We may change or pause it, the waitlist or the survey at any time.
